Good video- took me a couple of times to figure out the smaller diameter spring that sits under the small housing against the outside cover had lost tension. $13 spring, $3 rope and we’re good to go.

I have 2019 E100 has it the cast aluminum housing and a forward and reverse bought a a john deere dealer

When were these JD hoods thinned out even more and changed to snap-together plastic parts? Even the hood holder for the hinge was changed to plastic.

So the biggest difference is really just being able to plug the chute if the mulch kit is on. It would be easiest to wedge something in there that you can fix in place and keep somewhat of the curve going. It seems like having a chute plug created by John Deere would be the best alternative.

I've had it for a year works good. Just changed the oil filter, fuelbfulter and add did a oil change. It does make a poping noise when it gets hot. I did put too much oil. Hopefully that's what it is. I'll know more on the next mow

I have z365r john deer zero turn mover. I want to change engine oil but I couldn’t find the outlet. I guess it was under bottom of oil check yellow color stick and it is a bolt and I try to open it but it’s very hard to open it. Can you give me some ideas?

I’ve been heavily considering a zero turn for my home, but I have to say these 4 wheel steering models are having me reconsider my choice.

The only bad design is the gas tank. They have it angled back towards the bagger unit making it extremely difficult to fill. Not sure why it’s not just straight up!

How to make the string go longer when it gets short?

So have they come up with a bagger system for the 60 inch deck on these? I have a new one and I’d really like to have a bagger system for the 60 inch deck if I would’ve known this, I should’ve done better research before I bought but my mistake but this is really depressing that we don’t have a bagger system for the 60 inch deck. If there isn’t one yet I would’ve never bought the 60 inch deck if I would’ve known.

I’ve got a 330R with about 26 hours on it. Been a great comfortable little mower, glad to have the 48” deck since it does better with details and smaller spaces in the yard.

When starting, the manual recommends that you have the throttle trigger squeezed in. Other than that, great vid! I just recently upgraded from an electric blower to this one and Holy Cow! What a difference!

I just got one. I turned on my running app and it shows I mowed 5.9 miles and it took 2 hours, that's with a lot of mowing around trees and fences.

This is for someone cutting their own small lawn and only sharpens their blades 1-2 times a year. For landscapers cutting 50+ yards a week and sharpening 7+ blades a week this is way way too slow. You do not need to use a file. Angle grinder works good, but learn how to do it first and use PPE.
